RPL-FICSI

The initiative was implemented under the SANKALP project, an initiative under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and implemented by FICSI (Food Industry Capacity and Skill Initiative) and Traning Partner Way to live Foundation.

As part of this transformative project, we have:
✅ Upskilled more than 8000 street food handlers across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana through on-site training sessions.
✅ Promoted safe food handling practices in line with FSSAI’s hygiene rating standards and Eat Right India guidelines.
✅ Educated food handlers on personal hygiene, clean water usage, waste management, proper storage, pest control, and sanitation of utensils and work surfaces.
✅ Ensured the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food safety, including use of gloves, hairnets, aprons, and regular handwashing practices.

The Vidhya Peeth Chauraha Mathura Food Hub now stands as a model for clean and safe street food, reflecting our collective commitment to public health, livelihood enhancement, and culinary excellence.
